HRS Analyst Compensation & Benefits-Temporary Job For 2-5 Year Exp In Eaton Technologies Private Limited Mexico, India – 3416819

Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking an HRS Analyst Compensation & Benefits-Temporary to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office.
The HRS Analyst Compensation & Benefits-Temporary is responsible for assist and give support to implementation of HR Services C&B strategy while meeting local regulations and business needs.
Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Provide compensation support to all group/business HR teams in region
  • Local market surveys / data analysis
  • Prepare offer letters for hires/promotions (including PACT tool)
  • Proactive, cross-sector compensation analysis
  • General wage increase projections
  • Manage/coordinate Variable pay plans (VPP, SIP, etc.)
  • Job evaluations
  • Responsible for transfer employees including relocation.
  • Generates reports from information systems
  • Assist merit cycle process
  • Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related areas.
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Knowledge in Local and Federal laws related to Compensation, Benefits and Retirement Plans administration
  • Microsoft Office, excel
  • Strong communication skills Spanish & English
  • Eaton’s high ethical standards, personally demonstrates the Eaton Values & Philosophies, effectively interacts with others, establishing open and trusting relationships.
  • Very good understanding of statistical methods in support of trend analysis and decision-making
  • Requires ability to work independently and to provide consultative advice
  • Be an effective communicator, who is comfortable in a high visibility position and who will act and empower for appropriate organizational change
  • Excellent Management & Communication skills
  • Strong problem solving an analytical skills
