What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for  As a Project Analyst you will be leading project activity, communicating, planning, providing scheduling and time tracking for projects. You will manage project activity, schedule resources, track time and costs. You will be responsible for developing and driving several workstreams for VMware. In this role, you will help shape VMware’s transformation to a subscription and SaaS company. Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing  Leverage and develop your organization and communication skills. Collaborate with cross-functional VMware project teams which could consist of VMware pre-sales architects, consultants, engineers, project management and support staff. Work on Vendor management and Statement of work & accrual process. Work with FP&A team on project budgets and actuals. Work on PO creation for AWF hiring and onboarding process and manage end to end cycle with respect to AWFs Managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. What is the leadership like for this role What is the structure and culture of the team like You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager - Commerce Finance Engineering (CFE). You will work closely with your Engineers, Product Owners, Leads, and Architects.  CFE team is responsible for predominantly following Portfolios for SaaS & On-Prem. Product & Pricing Order Management & Fulfillment Billing, Invoicing & Payment Custom Applications (Home-Grown) CFE is a highly collaborative team with global presence. Our team manages multiple packaged (ERP) and custom applications in order to support R&D business units and internal business operations team.
