Reliance Jio users can now do recharge on WhatsApp

Reliance Jio has launched a new service that allows its customers to do recharges via WhatsApp. The service is available to Reliance Jio, JioFiber and JioMart customers.
How it works
Subscribers who want to use this service on WhatsApp need to first save JioCare’s number in their phone book. The JioCare number is 7000770007. Once done, they can interact with the brand anytime.
To start interacting, send a ‘Hi’ message on the number. An auto-generated message will appear which will offer customers the following options:

  • Jio SIM recharge
  • Get new Jio SIM or Port facility (MNP)
  • Support for JioFibre
  • Support for International roaming
  • Support for JioMart.

The subscriber can simply choose the service he/she is looking for. He/she can select the desired option and perform the asked actions to complete their request.
Subscribers can also interact with JioCare on WhatsApp web using the link: https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=917000770007. The users who use this link are not required to save the number in their contact book.
The payment options will include popular digital wallets, UPI, credit and debit cards. The service is currently available in Hindi and English languages. It will be expanded to other regional languages in the coming days.
